     Prize: 24 winning works are selected with total NT$63,600 cash prize, and each winner receives an award certificate.
     Appreciation of winning works: the winning works are scanned and saved in the company' shared folder for all employee's appreciation
• To hold "My Dad"  Kids Drawing Competition:
    Number of Entries: 152
    Screening: invite primary school art teachers to serve as the judge
    Prize: 21 winning works were selected with total NT$21,000 cash prize, and each winner receives an award certificate.
    Appreciation of winning works: the winning works are exhibited in factory sites in rotation.
• To hold the "Happiness of Travel" Photo Competition: 
     Number of Entries: 48 
     Screening: invite an external professional judge 
     Prize: 9 winning works are selected with total NT$25,000 cash prize, and each winner receives an award certificate.
     Appreciation of winning works:  the winning works are exhibited in factory sites in rotation.

• Employees donate to Andrew Food Band and Taiwan World Vision: employees donate total NT$138,300 to prepare food boxes for the children from the disadvantaged families; NT$141,900 to "Taiwan World Vision Children" for school fee.
• Support <Vegetative Person's Year-round Service and the 32nd Hanshi Feast 30>: we offer new year gifts and emergency red envelopes for 54 vegetarian families and homeless.
• Donated NT$150,000 to the <Southern Kaohsiung Family Support Winter Vacation Scholarship Program> to assist 300 students.
• The Creation Foundation and Eden Social Welfare Foundation were invited to set up booths on Family Day and they received NT$21,335.
• Supported the <Psychological Care for Adults with Disabilities Plan> with a health checkup fee of NT$50,000, serving a total of 43 people.
• Second-Hand Goods Donation: we collect more than 308.8KG of adult/child clothes, small appliances/daily necessities, and bags to Kaohsiung Goods Sharing Center, the Garden of Hope Foundation.
• 53 AD volunteers participate in assembling Andrew Food Bank food boxes to help children from vulnerable families under 15 years of age.
• Sponsor in <Cultivation of Youth Program>: cultivate disadvantaged students and provide NT$100,000 scholarships for outstanding students who require financial support.
• Work with A-Fu Food Bank for distribution of household food and necessities to over 262 vulnerable families in SiaoGang District.
• Fulfill Children's Christmas Wishes: employees prepare Christmas gifts based on their needs & wants for children from the disadvantaged families. Total 200 children dream come true before Christmas Eve.
• Work with non-profit group Linyuan Dream Factory and 53 employees with their family volunteer for clean up at  Linyuan beach. 
• Support the <Linyuan Elderly Children and Young Children Care Project>: this year's care targets include 4 cases of intergenerational education, 4 cases of single-parent families, 2 cases of high-care families, 10 cases of elders with special conditions (illness) and 12 cases of marginalized households.
