Mission makes a company exist. For operational sustainability, AD Group must make profit. However, besides profit, we have to take up equal corporate social responsibility. We expect to be a place where employees want to grow, have a sense of accomplishment, and achievable life goals. We are moving towards an enterprise with outstanding contributions to mankind and the society.
We have combined our internal R&D department, customers and suppliers to conduct collaborative Product Knowledge Management (PKM), to not only strengthen our ability of collaborative design, but also to facilitate our ambition from OEM to ODM. Through utilizing Co-Sports Chain, we can integrate internal cross-functional operation processes to reduce the occurrence of defects resulting from repetitive data input. This gives us the ability to effectively reduce operation costs and increase production capacity.
