Looking back on our development from 1987 till now, our techniques have been extremely refined, production capability is sufficient, and customer service is the best. With headquarter in Taiwan, production facilities in Taiwan, China and Vietnam, our vision is to plant our root in Taiwan and aiming for the global market.

    2018

    01 - Chung-Lin 2nd Plant obtained the Construction License of the Kaohsiung City Government Works Bureau.
    03 - Sponsored the 2018 Kaohsiung Spring Art Festival.
    07 - Setting solar photovoltaic facilities as 920.33 and capacity as 99.9KW was taking energy security, environmental sustainability and green economy into account.
    09 - Achieved IS0 45001:2018; achieved IS0 14001:2015 on September 15, 2018.

    03 - DIZO’s first Image Store is opened.

    10 - Being the sole sponsor of KSO “The Music’s Always There With You” Concert to celebrate AD Group’s 30th Anniversay. Employees and their famiy, business partners as well as citizens were all invited to this celebration.

    2014

    01 - Completed expansion of Vietnam plant.
    03 - Joined the exhibition of 「2014 Eco-Products International Fair (EPIF 2014)」in Taipei, held by the Bureau of Foreign Trade, MOEA, Taiwan, and the Asian Productivity Organization (APO).
    04 - Received “Honorary Member Award” from the recognition of 【Company of the Year 2014】,hosted by Kaohsiung Labor Union, accounts for granted certificate of cleaner production assessment from Industrial Development Bureau and efforts on sustainability.
    08 - LTC was granted 2014 Badge of Accredited Healthy Workplace – health promotion accreditation.

    01 - Titanium golf driver heads passed the carbon footprint verification and granted PAS 2050 certification.
    01 - Precision castings in orthopedic implant granted the ISO 13485 certification.
    02 - Established 2nd plant in AD Group Kaohsiung Branch
    02 - Headquarter of AD Group passed cleaner production verification and granted Cleaner Production certification from Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
    05 - Mr. Sunny Cheng served as chairman of the board of AD Group.
    05 - Released own bicycle brand, “Grampus”, which was recognized by both Taiwan Excellence Silver Award and Kaohsiung Excellence Award.
    05 - LTC was awarded 2012 Public-spirited Contribution Award, issued by Export Processing Zone Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
    05 - LTC significantly reduced cost and improved durability of core and injection tooling through joint-development with domestic universities.
    05 - LTC successfully developed one of the softest balls on the market with great performance in distance. The large and resilience core significantly improve feel and distance for medium and slower swing speed players.

    12 - AD Group was on the finalist of 2nd Taiwan Mittelstand Recognition from Ministry of Economic Affairs.
    12 - Carbon Panel passed the carbon footprint verification and granted PAS 2050 certification and EPD certification.

    2012

    10 - AD Group Kaohsiung Branch passed the organizational greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and granted the ISO 14064-1 certification.
    10 - Fork product passed the carbon footprint verification and granted PAS 2050 certification.
    11 - AD Group worked with National Cheng Kung University on a technology transfer of “Vapor Grown Carbon Fiber”.
    11 - Granted subsidy from Department of Industrial Technology, Ministry of Economic Affairs, to establish “Innovation R&D Center of AD Group”.
    11 - Awarded "Annual Merit Health " from Bureau of Health Promotion, Department of Health in 2010 and 2011; Blue-Chip Health in the Workplace - Special Contribution Award" in 2012.
    11 - Awarded “2012 Healthy Workplace Award- Special Contribution” by the Bureau of Health Promotion, Department of Health.
    11 - AD Group Sporting Goods (Dong Guan) passed the organizational greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and granted the ISO 14064-1 certification.

    2011

    04 - AD Group Kaohsiung Branch awarded No.1 in corporate category of the‘2011 Kaohsiung Citizens and Corporate Electricity and Water Saving Competition
    06 - Daye factory, produces bike parts and carbon composite material, passed the organizational greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and granted the ISO 14064-1 certification.
    07 - Due to growth of business, Launch Technologies Co., LTD. moved to Pingtung Export Processing Zone from original Dashu District, Kaohsiung.
    09 - AD Group headquarter, Chung Lin factory, produces golf head, passed the organizational greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and was the first one in golf industry to be granted the ISO 14064-1 certification in Taiwan.
    09 - The Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs, selected AD Group as one of the first group to implement 4-months guidance in “Green Factory Label Consultancy Project”.
    10 - 15 carbon composite prepreg products passed the carbon footprint verification series and granted PAS 2050 certification. This is the first carbon footprint certification of AD Group, and also the first certified prepreg manufacturer in the world.
    10 - AD Group was awarded Enterprise Version Silver Taiwan TrainQuali System (TTQS), from Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training, Council of Labor Affairs, Executive Yuan.
    11 - 15 carbon composite prepreg products received the authorizations of carbon label from TEEMA (Taiwan) and Carbon Trust (UK).
    11 - The subsidiary, Launch Technologies Co., LTD. was awarded Landscape Design Honorable Mention of 2011 Green Beautification Contest in Export Processing Zone, issued by Export Processing Zone, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
    12 - AD Group Kaohsiung Branch awarded Honorable Mentioned in 2011 Building Renovation and Maintenance Award, by Kaohsiung Export Processing Zone.

    2010

    06 - Purchased and merged 「Fooguo Sports (Dong Guan) Ltd.」in June 2010.
    10 - The subsidiary, Launch Technologies Co., LTD., obtained the permission of IPO from Security and Futures Commission Ministry of Finance.
    10 - Revenue reached beyond NT$10 billion.

    2009

    08 - AD Group established a subsidiary, Fooguo International Company Ltd., in August, 2009 and purchased ACE Sports Limited, a golf manufacturing company.

    2008

    04 - Re-introduced SAP system and implemented officially on January 1st, 2009.
    11 - The China plant of Advanced International Multitech Co.,Ltd. in Dongguan was graded 4C for both HSE and Labor by Adidas.

    2007

    11 - Granted "Product Engineering e-Project & Knowledge Platform” from Ministry of Economic Affairs (Mechanism of Manufacturing Construction in Knowledge Management).
    11 - Held 20th Anniversary Exhibition.
    11 - AD Group Kaohsiung Branch passed AS9100 certification

    2006

    04 - Obtained the Certificate of Operation Headquarters of Enterprise from the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
    05 - Advanced invested in Global First Hi-Tech Corp., a company that manufactures carbon fiber products, including hockey clubs, bicycle frames, baseball bats, 3C electronic materials and industrial products, to expand Advanced’s carbon fiber territory.
    07 - Established Golf Ball manufacturing: Launch Technologies Co., LTD.
    07 - Established “Advanced Composite Technology (Changshu) Co., Ltd.
    10 - Passed certification for ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 to implement the policy of health, safety and environmental protection.

    2005

    04 - KM intranet operated as of April.
    05 - Ministry of Economic Affairs granted: “I-Design Golf set Collaborative Development Project” proposed by Advanced International Multitech Co., Ltd.
    12 - Established the Kaohsiung Branch at the Export Processing Zone Administration, Kaohsiung. The main products range from golf clubs, carbon fiber automobile parts, to carbon fiber helmets.

    2004

    01 - Integrated the procedure operation, application software, data and Web functions among enterprises’ partners by PKM, in order to upgrade the competitive strength of enterprise extension and enable the enterprise group to gain overall profit.
    05 - Construction of new plant buildings was scheduled to be finalized in May. Prepared for moving into the new plant buildings which were scheduled to start up at the end of the year.
    12 - Invested in establishing Advanced International Group (Vietnam) Co., Ltd in December.

    2003

    04 - Granted the reimbursement of 9,250,000 for e-system by the Industrial Development Bureau, MOEA in April.
    04 - Purchased “Laser Argon Welder” to weld titanium golf heads.
    05 - Constructed new plant buildings by investing more than 100,000,000 NTD on May 27.

    2002

    04 - Applied for transaction of Emerging Stock in April.
    04 - Applied for listing of stock in April.
    12 - Listed and traded on December 2.

    2001

    06 - Strategic alliance with renowned graphite shaft manufacturer, Fujikura Composite in June. Proceeded with capital increased by earnings in the amount of 57,844,820 NTD. The paid-in capital was 636,292,940.
    08 - Worked with Professor Su,Yi-Hsiung of SooChow University for the SCM project in August.
    08 - Formal surface processing operation of Sha Tian Plant added by the subsidiary.
    11 - SCM team was incorporated in November to promote the transportation management and upgrade the efficiency of the system and lower costs.

    2000

    01 - Test run of the 1-Meter wide “PPG material dipping machine” in January.
    07 - ERP on-line in July.
    08 - Mass production of titanium MW golf head in August.
    10 - Start-up of 2nd casting production line in Mainland China in October.

    1998

    03 - United Enterprise Co., Ltd. trans-invested on March 1 was merged by Dian Precision Casting Co., Ltd.
    07 - The affiliates, Dian Precision Casting Co., Ltd and Advanced International Co. Ltd. were merged by Advanced Composite Design Co., Ltd, on July 1, and the capital was increased as 187,170,000 NTD.
    08 - Trans-invested in Advanced Group International (BVI) Co., Ltd. in August.
    10 - Passed ISO 9001 certification in October.
    12 - The capital was increased as 406,200,000 NTD in December, and Securities & Futures Commission, Ministry of Finance approved the issue of shares.

    1997

    01 - Bike department developed the CROWN fork successfully.
    01 - Set up Advanced websites and intranet.
    01 - Started promoting the project for merger of Advanced Group, and set the goal to be listed (OTC) in 2000.

    09 - Invested in test run and production of coater machines of 2nd production line in September

    02 - 6th production line of golf shafts was established in February.
    04 - The organization was changed in April and oriented towards the planning of the business division. Meanwhile, the “CIS system” was promoted.

    1994

    02 - Passed ISO 9002 certification in February.
    02 - Trans-invested in Advanced International Co. Ltd.
    02 - To cope with the increasing purchase orders, the 5th production line for golf shaft was established.
    02 - NPS reform of the golf shaft and bike was carried out this year. The increasing purchase orders were handled in accordance with the new production model.

    1993

    01 - Invested in United Enterprise Co., Ltd.
    03 - The mass production of the fork of carbon fiber bike forks was started.
    04 - Introduced automatic filament winding machine from the U.S.A. in April, and worked with “Material Research Laboratory, ITRI” to research and develop filament winding graphite shaft to diversify the shaft to meet customers’ various requirements.

    1992

    01 - Expansion of plant buildings was carried out at the beginning of the year. The bike production line started producing the “all-in-one carbon fiber bike frame” on a trial basis.
    11 - Contracted with Material Research Laboratory, ITRI in November to develop the fork of carbon fiber bike.

    1991

    04 - Sent personnel to ITRI in Hsinchu to study the production technology of the “all-in-one carbon fiber bike frame” in April. Installed the production equipment in October to launch the production of the “all-in-one carbon fiber bike frame”.

    1990

    01 - Worked with Material Research Laboratory, ITRI to develop the “all-in-one carbon fiber bike frame”.

    1989

    01 - Worked with Material Research Laboratory and Mechanical Industry Research Laboratories, ITRI to research and produce PPG material dipping machine and produced PPG to strengthen the autonomy of the required raw materials and diversity of products to decrease the production cost.

    1988

    07 - The new plant located at No.26 Chung Lin Rd, Siaogang District, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan was founded and started in July, and formally engaged in the mass production of graphite shafts for the domestic market and export.

    1987

    07 - The company was incorporated by Lin Sen-Chih, Cheng Cheng-Hsien and Cheng Hsi-kun. The initial investment was 45,000,000 NTD. Since the company was incorporated, it has worked with “Material Research Laboratory, Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI)” to research and develop graphite shafts.
