Training

To develop excellent talents and vitalize the company’s culture, AIM University was established as the guidance to train and to develop employee competences in 2008. It is more than an organization for training and development; it also paves the way for the continuous growth of Advanced Group via cultivating talented employees. Advanced Group was awarded Enterprise Version Silver Taiwan Talent Quality-management System (TTQS) in October, 2011. This honor was granted by the Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training, Council of Labor Affairs, Executive Yuan.

Training system was awarded the Silver Medal by Taiwan Talent Quality-management System (TTQS) in September, 2011.
