2021/12/22 DIZO Brand Transfer

Dear Valued Customers,
 
  On January 1, 2022, Advanced International Multitech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “This Company”) will transfer the brand management rights for its self-managed bicycle brand DIZO to Konqur Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Konqur”). As of this date, Konqur will be fully responsible for brand management, sales and marketing channels, customer services, and safeguarding of relevant rights and interests associated with DIZO.
