Policy of Environmental Health and Safety： Conform to the law, Prevent hazard, Constant improvement
Advanced International Multitech Co., Ltd (AIM) is a corporation that manufactures golf balls, golf club heads, shafts, composite materials, carbon fiber components, and bicycle parts, such as forks, frames, and aircraft interiors. Our Policy of Environmental Health and Safety is as follows: Each member of Advanced Group should uphold the aforementioned policy to constantly lift up the performance of environmental Health and safety in complying with governmental law and the commitment to customers. Devoting to establishing a protective, safe and hygienic environmental management system and provide the employees with a safe, healthy workplace to prevent injury and illiness from occurrence through continuously learning and training. Carrying out energy saving, wastage reduction as well as decreasing the impact to the environment effectively so that the responsibilities of excellent enterprise can be fully fulfilled.
Annual Health Examination for each members
Advanced works with a public medical organization each year to implement health examinations for each members of the Advanced family. The exams items include:
1. General health care items.
2. Specific items for some employees whose daily work are in connection with high temperatures, a noisy environment, dust, to detect any sicknesses as early as possible to effectively hinder occupational illness in advance.
The establishment of Health Care Room：
For taking good care of employees’ health and medical care, Health Care Room provides the members of the whole company with healthy service, such as on-site services and health seminars. It will strengthen employees’ knowledge of health and understand their health condition so that early treatment can be conducted for all employees.
Excellent Performance Award：
In order to put environmental protection, safety and health management into practice, Advanced Group integrated all related activities in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and established HSE management system in 2006. In the meantime, both plants in Taiwan headquarters and mainland China in Dongguang lived up to the requirements of ISO14001 & OHSA18001. Above all, our plant in Vietnam and the factory in Kaohsiung export processing zone were granted ISO14001& OHSA18001 certification in 2007 and 2008 respectively.
